We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing error or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in the original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or an immediate full refund. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us at 714-654-3954 within 10 days after receipt. We will reship your order and file any necessary paperwork with the shipping company. If you don't have the opportunity to refuse delivery, contact us immediately, but no later than 10 days after receipt. Do not dispose of the damaged package and merchandise, as the shipper may wish to inspect it.
If you call to say that you did not receive a delivery, and the shipping company can provide proof of delivery, we will not be able to issue a replacement. In such an unlikely occurrence, we will assist you in filing a claim. As a rule, our deliveries can be tracked from our facility to the delivery address.
We are not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us. If a delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will need to recharge a delivery fee in order to resend.
