Randy Van Beek

Randy van Beek was raised in the Pacific Northwest. As a child, he exhibited exceptional artistic talent with an intense interest in drawing. Randyís interest was always in traditional realism. Aided by the extensive art library at Western Washington University, he studied and practiced the techniques of his favorite master artists, focusing on eighteenth century Dutch and Austrian masters, and nineteenth century American painters of the Hudson River School. His work has evolved into a unique style truly his own, with the influence of the masters still evident.
